Data this site may handle

This website has no account, newsletter, contact form, advertising trackers, or analytics tools. Personal data is not sold and visitor profiles are not created.

  • Technical data: when a page is requested, the hosting infrastructure may automatically record the IP address, time, requested URL, browser/user-agent, referring page, and error or security information.
  • Contact data: if you email or call, your name, contact details, message, and information you choose to provide may be handled.
  • Preferences: your language and privacy choices are stored locally in your browser.
  • External media: only after you consent, a YouTube video may send connection and device data to Google.

Getting in touch is voluntary. Without a working reply address and enough information about your enquiry, it may not be possible to respond.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Site delivery and security: technical data is used where needed to deliver and secure the site, based on the legitimate interest in publishing the portfolio and preventing misuse (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Enquiries and collaboration: contact data is used to respond and, where relevant, take steps before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), or based on the legitimate interest in handling professional correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • External video: YouTube is loaded only with your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
  • Legal duties: data may be retained or disclosed where necessary to comply with a legal obligation (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).

Recipients and providers

Data is shared only as needed with providers supporting website hosting, email, or IT security; with professional advisers where necessary; or with competent authorities when required by law. They receive no more data than needed for their role.

External media and links

YouTube videos use privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and remain blocked until you allow them. After loading, Google processes data through the player under the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).

Instagram, IMDb, and other external sites are visited only when you choose to open an external link. Their own privacy terms apply from that point.

How long data is kept

  • Technical logs are kept no longer than needed for security, troubleshooting, and reliable delivery under the host's configuration, then deleted or anonymised.
  • Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and reasonable follow-up. Relevant records may be retained longer for a professional relationship, legal record-keeping, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
  • The language choice stays in your browser until you change it or clear browser data. The privacy choice expires after 12 months, after which the site asks again.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Send a request to info@qahees.com. Reasonable information may be requested to confirm your identity so data is not disclosed to the wrong person. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (opens in a new tab).

Security and decisions

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to protect data, including data minimisation, encrypted HTTPS connections on the production site, and limited access to correspondence. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

There is no automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects for visitors.

Changes to this policy

This policy is updated when the site, its providers, or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Where appropriate, consent will be requested again after a material change.

Privacy, kept simple

We use essential browser storage for language and privacy choices. If you allow YouTube videos, Google receives connection and device data when a video loads.
